Charriol is one of the largest makers of wristwatches in the world. The company was founded in Geneva by Philippe Charriol, a French entrepreneur. It later relocated its headquarters to Geneva. The company competes with the likes of Rolex, Chopard, Cartier, and David Yurman.

History
Charriol was founded in 1983, when Philippe Charriol decided to launch the company all across the Americas, Asia, and Europe. At that time, he was already in Hong Kong making investments on wine.[2] In 1989, he would go on to later open the first Charriol boutique in Geneva, followed by three others in Hong Kong.[3] In 2008, the company celebrated its 25th anniversary. xc
Boutiques
As of 2009, Charriol has 40 stand-alone boutiques worldwide. In the United States, there were only four shops in Atlanta, Las Vegas, Newport Beach, and San Diego. Charriol also has multiple stores in in cities such as Rome, Paris, London, Tokyo, Singapore, Dubai, Florence, Sydney, Baku, Abu Dhabi, Beijing, Mumbai, Philippines and Sao Paulo.
