FlachCharlie Britton (born 26 November 1952) is a drummer from Wales. He was a drummer for Welsh language bands in the 1970s including Hergest, and occasionally drums for John ac Alun.[1][2]
He studied graphic design in a London University and one day he attended a gig where the band were using drums as a means to keep time. The band was no less than Warhorse (70s band), a band formed by former Deep Purple bassist Nick Simper. When he went home months later to his native Wales he brought a drum kit with him. Then he started to drum to all of his friends and family. Later on, as Charlie mastered the drums he went on to form ""Edward H Dafis"".
