Transmit is an FTP client for Mac OS X and Mac OS Classic (which is unsupported). Developed by Panic, Transmit is shareware - after a 15 day trial period, some features of the product are disabled until it has been purchased.

The current version, Transmit 3, includes a number of new features, like uploading using a Dashboard widget or the dock, support for .Mac and iDisk/WebDAV, Spotlight and Automator plugins and more.

Transmit was also made for Mac OS Classic, but it has been discontinued and made freeware.
