Worlds of Fun 's original roller coasters. The ride stood for 25 years at Worlds of Fun, making it the longest standing coaster in the park's history. The Zambezi Zinger was also one of only two Speedracers in operation in 1997. The other is Whizzer atSix Flags Great America . [http://www.worldsoffun.org/history/pastattractions.asp?action=rides&parkID=1]The roller coaster is now located in
Colombian National Coffee Park , Montenegro, Quindio,Colombia and is known as Broca. [http://www.rcdb.com/id1392.htm] The site where the Zambezi Zinger once stood is now occupied by the Boomerang, which still uses art of the queue line, and partly by the new wooden coaster, Prowler. The ride was unique because it did not have seat-belts, and it was the only roller coaster at Worlds of Fun to feature a tunnel.Trains
There were four trains, with three cars per train. The cars were arranged as 6 rows with one person per row for a total of 18 riders per train. Giving the ride a total maximum capacity of 72 riders, or 1174 riders per hour.
