Modest Romiszewski

Modest Romiszewski (1861-1930) was born in Warsaw on 1861-02-29. Son of Russian army general Władysław Romiszewski and Anna Dżakeli. Reached the rank of general in 1913. Since 1918-12-29 general in the Polish army (Wojsko Polskie). A military theorist, transferred to reserve on 1921-05-06. Died on 1930-10-07 in Warsaw, buried at Powązki Cemetery there. Married, had 4 children.
