The third and final album to be released by The Riverdales. Five years since The Riverdales recorded their classic album, Storm the Streets and promptly broke up. Phase Three was supposedly the bands best and most ambitious album yet. It also turned out to be their most underrated album. A review said it was "a ballsy record that combines the furious, high energy sound of "Storm the Streets" with some of the golden oldies touches from the first album (Riverdales) to create a record that is sure to be the band's crowning achievement." It had a different vocal style than the other two albums.

On October 7, 2008, the reissue of "Phase Three" was released with completely re-mixed, re-mastered, re-done vocals, added harmonies, and five unreleased songs to give the album brand new life. Four of witch are totally new, and one is a new arrangement and recording of the popular "Mental Retard" (from the "Storm the Streets" album).The entire album has been totally re-sequenced for Punk Rock perfection.
