Programs being catered are bachelor's degree in office administration (BOA) and business education (BBTE) and post-baccalaureate in teaching education (PBTE).

Organization and Publication

The COABTE College Student Councils are the elected officers within the college. It is composed of the President, Vice President and five councilors whose function is to act as the college executive officers. Political organizations are prevalent in the college such as "!Kilos Party", "SEEDS Party", "SIKAT Party" and "SAMASA Party".

Aside from political organizations, academic organizations are active in the college. COABTE's academic organizations includes Philippine Association of Students in Office Administration for students of BOA and Future Business Teacher Education for students of BBTE.

Accreditation of colleges are part of the university's main objective. The Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities of the Philippines is the corporation that gives official approval and certification to the university.
