The Polytechnic University of the Philippines in the City of Manila commonly known as PUP Main or PUP Santa Mesa (Filipino: Politeknikong Pamantasan ng Pilipinas sa Maynila") is the flagship and the most prominent member of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines System.

The offices of the University Officials, Ninoy Aquino Learning Resources Center, PUP Gym and open courts are located here. It has several campuses; the A. Mabini Campus that houses many colleges; MH del Pilar Campus that houses the College of Nutrition and Food Sciences and the College of Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management; NDC Campus that houses the College of Communication, the College of Engineering, College of Architecture and Fine Arts, The University Press and the Mass Communication Theatre.

PUP Manila is considered as one of the premier state universities in the country and excels in the disciplines of engineering, accountancy, computer science, communication, and social sciences.fact|date=September 2008
