County Route 28A (Designated County Route 5-S-7 by Middlesex County) was a county highway in Monmouth and Middlesex Counties which ran on the boundary of Millstone and Monroe Townships.

Route description

County Route 28A consisted of Disbrow Hill Road where it ran on the Monmouth-Middlesex County line, beginning at the boundary of East Windsor Township, Mercer County, and extending east 1.40 miles (2.25 km.).

History

County Route 28A was taken over by the Boards of Chosen Freeholders of Monmouth and Middlesex Counties, meeting jointly on July 20, 1911.
