Princeton Friends School is a private Quaker and day Kindergarten-8th grade school in Princeton Township, Mercer County, New Jersey, USA.

It was founded in 1987 and moved to a new $1.8 million new school building adjacent to the historic Stony Brook Meeting House and Cemetery in 1997. schoolhouse. The school uses the schoolmaster's house, built in the 1800's near the cemetery, to support its arts curriculum. A 225-year-old Quaker farmhouse houses the school's administrative offices.

The school is under the spiritual care of the Princeton Monthly Friends Meeting, whose meetinghouse is adjacent to the school. The monthly meeting's parent yearly meeting, Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, also oversees and supports the school's operation. Princeton Friends School is a member of the Friends Council on Education.

The school is a member of the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools and the Association of Delaware Valley Independent Schools.
