Norton le Moors

Norton le Moors is a village in Staffordshire, near Stoke-On-Trent. Along with places such as Ball Green, Sneyd Green and Milton, it is one of a number of small villages in the Stoke area. The school in Norton is known as Norton Primary School.

Norton was built in the latter part of the 12th century, and was known for its well-made bread. The local football club is Port Vale, but a minority supports their arch rivals Stoke City. The estimated population of Norton is about 5,000.
