Andrés Sapelak , S.D.B. (born December 13 1919) is a Polish prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. Currently is one of the oldest Catholic bishops from Poland.

Andrés Sapelak was born in Ryszkowa Wola, Poland ordained a priest on June 29, 1949 from the Roman Catholic religious order Salesians of Saint John Bosco. Appointed Auxiliary bishop of Faithful of the Oriental Rites (Argentina) as well as Titular Bishop of Sebastopolis August 14 1961 and ordained bishop on October 15 1961. On February 9 1968 Sapelak was appointed bishop of Eparchy of Santa María del Patrocinio en Buenos Aires where he would remain until retirement December 12 1997.
