The Centre for Surface Transportation Technology (CSTT) is a self supporting, non-subsidized institute within the National Research Council . CSTT provides development and testing of rail and road transportation for government agencies, defence and a wide range of vehicle and equipment manufacturers within Canada and abroad. CSTT is home to the largest climatic chamber with rail access in Canada.
