Dadar parsi colony: Dadar Parsi Colony is one of the many Parsi Colonies in Mumbai. It's official name is Mancherji Joshi Parsi Colony. It is situated in the locality of Dadar. What is unique about Dadar Parsi Colony (DPC) is that, unlike the other Parsi Colonies (also known as 'baugs' literally gardens) is it not surrounded by a wall or fence and is not isolated from its surroundings. DPC is close to the Famous Five Gardens which were created thanks to the generosity of Sir Mancherji Joshi, a parsi himself.
