Ding Mocun (Chinese: ; pinyin: Dīng cūn or Chinese: ; pinyin: Dīng cūn; 1901 - July 5, 1947), former name Ding Lesheng (Chinese: 丁勒生; pinyin: Dīng shēng), was a politician of the Republic of China.

Born in Changde, Hunan Province, China, Ding served as the Minister of Society in the Wang Jingwei Government, and the governor of Zhejiang. On July 5, 1947, Ding was executed in a prison in Suzhou, Republic of China.
