* Sector 7 - An intelligence organization in the 2007 "Transformers" movie, they discovered the All Spark and built the Hoover Dam around it to mask the energy emitted by the Cube. The name might be a reference to another Speilberg produced series, "seaQuest DSV".
*Public Security Section 9, a Federal Security agency and armed branch of the Ministry of Home Affairs in "Ghost in the Shell".
*Office of State Security, or 'StateSec', an arm of the People's Republic of Haven in some of the "Honor Harrington" series of novels.

They possess obvious references to the TV show The Prisoner and the Gestapo, which several characters comment on within the series ("...what are you up to today? Annexing Sudetenland?")
