Kutak Rock LLP is a large law firm and lobbying group based in Omaha, Nebraska. In 2007, the firm was ranked by the National Law Journal as the largest law firm in the state of Nebraska, and the 119th largest in the United States by number of attorneys. History

Kutak was very influential within the American Bar Association (ABA); today, the ABA offers an legal education award named for him. In 1999, the firm expanded its operations in Arkansas by adding nine lawyers from Hillary Clinton's former employers, the Rose Law Firm of Little Rock, Arkansas.
