Olena Ronzhyna-Morozova (Ukrainian: Ронжина-Морозова Олена Іванівна; born November 18, 1970 in Dnipropetrovsk) is a retired rower from Ukraine, who won a silver medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics. She is a four-time Olympian.

After having competed for the Unified Team in 1992 Ronzhyna was a member of the Ukrainian team, that claimed the silver medal in the Women's Quadruple Sculls in Atlanta, Georgia. Her team mates were Inna Frolova, Svetlana Maziy, and Dina Myftakhutdinova. At her last Olympic appearance in 2004 she was disqualified with her team after one of her team mates, Olena Olefirenko, tested positive for ethamivan.
