The Street People

The Street People was the name of two American groups to score hits on the U.S. Billboard charts in the 1970s.

This group was not, however, the same as the R&B/disco group from New Jersey who first began recording in 1974. After switching to Vigor Records, they released a full-length self-titled album in 1976 and had several hit singles on the U.S. R&B charts.
