"Falsilunatia" is a genus of sea snails, marine gastropod molluscs in the family Naticidae known as moon shells.

The solid shells are small to moderate sized, globose, with a small umbilicus. They are white under a thin pale olive periostracum. The operculum is horny.

Their distribution is the Great Southern Ocean.
