"Falsilunatia subperforata" is a deepwater species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Naticidae.

Distribution

This species is endemic to New Zealand, found off the coast of Otago, and around the Chatham Islands.

Habitat

This species is found at depths of between 365 and 640 m.

Description

The solid shell is smaller and more elongated than "Falsilunatia powelli", and with a lower spire and a higher aperture.

Coloration is white, under a light brownish periostracum.

The shell height is up to 10.7 mm, and width is up to 8.5 mm.
