Synopsis
Private detective Marc Maron learns that the anti-christ will soon come to Earth and spell the end of the world. Maron and his lesbian partner, Grace, set out to find who the anti-Christ is (they think it is George W. Bush). During their journey, they face conservative Christians such as anti-gay protestor Fred Phelps (who offends Grace). Throughout the adventure, Marc says stupid things which puts himself and Grace in danger. Eventually, they learn that Jay Leno is really the anti-Christ, who starts to bring the end of days. Leno also says that he has an army on earth, which includes Phelps as well as other conservatives and Republicans. Just as he offers Marc and Grace to join him , Jesus (in the form of Johnny Carson) comes down from Heaven to help them. He defeats Leno with the joke "It was so hot today, police in New York were checking people's ice packs". The end of days stops, Jesus goes back to Heaven for a date with Marilyn Monroe, and Marc and Grace set out to warn the world that Leno is the anti-Christ, though Marc agrees to do The Tonight Show with Leno. But, more or less, the world is safe.
