The Development for safe utilization and infrastructure of hydrogen project is a Japanese project under the scope of the New sunshine project to develop the technologies for safe utilization and infrastructure of hydrogen running from 2003 - 2007 [ [http://www.nedo.go.jp/kankobutsu/pamphlets/kouhou/2006gaiyo_e/87_92.pdf 2006 - Japan Fuel cell and hydrogen technologies roadmap] ] . It is the successor of the World Energy Net-work (WE-NET) research program 1993-2002 [ [http://www.enaa.or.jp/WE-NET/newinfo/station_taka_e.html WE-NET] ] .
