The OFS Studio (formerly the Old Fire Station Theatre) is a theatre in Oxford, England at 40 George Street.
One of the smaller studio theatres in the city, it was refurbished in the early 1990s under the supervision of producer Cameron Mackintosh, opening with Moby Dick.
About twenty student shows are performed there per year, with the rest of the weeks being filled by a mixture of professional, semi-pro, and community theatre. Past productions include two Stephen Sondheim works, the revue Putting It Together with Diana Rigg and Assassins, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Entertaining Mr. Sloane, What the Butler Saw, and various Shakespeare plays, including Macbeth and Twelfth Night.
In 2010/11 the site is being redeveloped for use as a Crisis Skylight Centre. Building works started in June 2010 with the new facilities expected to reopen in the summer of 2011.[citation needed]
