It sits on five lots at the end of a quite dead-end dirt road. The house has been continuously owned by the Palmer family. It was placed on the market in early August 2008, with strong restrictions in place. The house contains the original furnishings as designed by Wright. Whoever purchases the house will be required by the restrictions to maintain it without change, leaving the furnishings as they were placed by Wright.
