DreaMule is a peer-to-peer file-sharing free software based on eMule and brings new resources and facilities to the original version. This project is lead by Brazilian programmer Bruno Cabral. It's an open source project, under the free GPL license, available for Microsoft Windows and Linux.

DreaMule has a different interface than eMule, besides the possibility of changing the appearance through different skins, available in the program’s forum. It also added new resources to remove network limitations. As used in eMule, DreaMule uses the eDonkey and Kad networks.

Since version 3.0, the program offers the Low2Low feature, allowing users with LowID problems to share files, minimizing the LowID issue.
