The role of the CIT de la Vallée du Richelieu (CITVR), officially the "Conseil Intermunicipal de Transport de la Vallée du Richelieu", is to provide public transit to the population of its eight member municipalities and the Richelieu Valley RCM in Quebec, Canada, east of Montreal along Quebec Route 116. The communities served are Beloeil, McMasterville, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Otterburn Park, Saint-Basile-le-Grand, Saint-Hyacinthe, Sainte-Madeleine, Sainte-Marie-Madeleine, and Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, which although no longer part of CITVR continues to benefit from the service.
