Białystok Voivodeship ( _pl. Województwo białostockie, _be. Беластоцкае ваяводства) was a unit of administrative division and local government in Poland from 1945 to 1975, when it was superseded by Białystok Voivodeship (1975-1998). Its capital city is Białystok.

Area administrative region of 1950, amounted to 23 201 square kilometres, was later reduced to 23 153 square kilometres. The population was in 1946, approximately 941 000, in 1970 approximately 1 176 000 inhabitants.
