Hugh Boyle (born 28 January 1936) is a former Irish professional golfer best known for his achievements in the mid 1960s.
Boyle was born in O'Meath Co. Louth, Republic of Ireland. In 1966 he was the winner of both the Yominri Open and the
Daks Tournament and in the following year gained a second place in the PGA and Senior Service Tournament’s. Mexico City , partnering withChristy O'Connor Snr . His continued success won him a place on the 1967Ryder Cup team, where he played twice againstArnold Palmer in the pairs andGay Brewer in the singles.Boyle held the professional course record at the
