In order to achieve functions of F1- F10, the user must press the Fn key and the letter that has the function keys as secondary function. The keys that have the function key functionality are from A (which is F1) to the semi- colon key (found after L; which is F10). There are no F11 and F12 keys or functionalities since these are rarely used. Users claim having difficulty getting used to the keyboard during first time of use. Remapping the keyboard to replace the semicolon key with the apostrophe key has proven useful to some Mini 9 users.
