Dar-e-Arqam schools are an educational organization in Pakistan w ith a strong Muslim ethos.
Contents
Objectives
The aim of the Dar-e-Arqam schools is to provide an academic education, as well as moral instruction on the Islamic model. Its teaching is in English, and computers are used in all classes. Dar-e-Arqam strongly encourages memorization and Tajwid of the Qur'an, and study of the hadith.
Transfer and Migration
Dar-e-Arqam Schools, having more than 200 branches all over Pakistan, provide the facility to migrate to anyone of these branches without paying any migration fee.
Competitions
These include English and Urdu Speech, Debate, Qirat, Naat, Quiz, English and Urdu Essay Writing, Handwriting and Art and Craft competitions from the grass root level. In these competitions boys and girls of class Pre Nursery to Ten and Hifz-e- Qur’an participate.
Sports and Games
A sports extravaganza is arranged at the end of the year.
Curriculum Development Wing
This wing arranges the curriculum, teaching methods, work books and activity books making, annual planning, teachers training and inspection.
Inspection
Inspection teams visits the campuses from time to time.
Publications
Dar-e-Arqam Publications publish syllabus and general knowledge books, work books, activity books, school diary and school note books.
Old Boys Association
The Old Boys Association holds its annual elections in December.
