The Fremont Police Department, commonly known as FPD, is the primary law enforcement agency for the city of Fremont, Nebraska. With 42 full-time commissioned Police Officers, it is responsible for a population of 25,174 people and an area of 7.4 mi².

FPD operates a four-person detective bureau with a Lieutenant commanding the unit. FPD also operates a single K-9 unit for the entire city.

In addition to Sworn Police Officers, dispatch, and office personnel, the Fremont Police Department has School Resource Officers, a Bicycle Officers Unit, a Motorcycle Unit, Emergency Response Unit (SWAT), and a III Corps Drug Task Force.
