Cape of Elisabeth

Cape of Elisabeth ( _ru. "Мыс Елизаветы", coord|54|42|22|N|142|42|21.75|E) is a cape on Shmidt Peninsula. It is the northernmost point of Sakhalin.

Cape of Elisabeth was named by Adam Johann von Krusenstern (aka "Ivan Kruzenstern") in 1805 after Empress Elizaveta which was wife of Alexander I of Russia.

Cape is a territory under administration by Okhinsky District.
