Esin Terzioglu, Ph.D.

Esin Terzioglu, Ph.D., started his career in electronics when he received his bachelor's of science in electrical engineering from the University of Rochester, followed by his master's of science and his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University, with a minor in computer science. He has published 11 papers about fabrications processes, device physics, and superconducting electronics. He has over 50 patents, most in circuit design and semiconductor memory technologies.

From 1999 to 2005, Terziouglu worked at Broadcom as staff scientist and eventually became a principal scientist. He led the charge on four generations of embedded SRAM memory. He now works at Novelics, where he is chief technology officer, which he co-founded with Cyrus Afghani, CEO. [TechOnline]
