John McIntosh (Jack) (born May 18, 1909 - April 14 , 1988 ) was a merchant and Member of Parliament (MP) in the Canadian House of Commons.

A merchant by profession, McIntosh was first elected as a Progressive Conservative Party MP in the Canadian federal election, 1958 and was re-elected in 1962, 1963 and 1965. He represented the riding of Swift Current—Maple Creek, Saskatchewan until his defeat in the 1972 federal election.
