Duane Lewis Wilson (born June 29, 1934 in Wichita, Kansas) is a former pitcher who played briefly for the Boston Red Sox during the 1958 season. Listed at 6' 1", 185 lb., he batted and threw left-handed.
In two starts, Wilson posted a 5.68 ERA in 6 ⅓ innings of work, giving up five runs (four earned) on 10 hits and seven walks while striking out three. He did not have a decision.
