Beverley, also known as Bullskin, is a farm near Charles Town, West Virginia. The main house was built about 1800 by Beverley Whiting on the site of a "circa" 1760 stone house. The house is Georgian influenced Federal style, with a later Greek Revival portico. A number of outbuildings dating to the original 1760 house accompany the main house.

The original land was purchased from Lord Fairfax in 1750 by Richard Stephenson, who built the 1760 stone house and outbuildings. The surviving outbuildings are among the oldest buildings in West Virginia. Around 1845 the name of the property was changed from "Bullskin" to "Beverley". Around 1870 the property was sold to John Burns, and the property has remained in the Burns family ever since. citation|title=PDFlink| [http://www.wvculture.org/shpo/nr/pdf/jefferson/87000486.pdf National Register of Historic Places Nomination: Beverley] |666 KB|date=August, 1986 |author=Michael J.
