David "Pic" Conley (born 27 December 1953) is an American bassist.

Biography
Conley was born in Newark, New Jersey. He was in the band Port Authority in the 1970s with guitarist David Townsend, and then the bassist with the popular Caribbean funk band Mandrill (replacing Brian Allsop) from 1978 to 1981. He played on "Too Late", their biggest hit, which reached No. 37 on the US R&B chart in 1978. He formed the soul/R&B band Surface with Townsend in 1983. They had a No. 5 US/#1 US R&B hit with 'Shower Me With Your Love' in 1989. After Townsend and singer Bernard Jackson left in 1994, he became the manager and producer for bands such as Tu Luce, and has also worked as an A&R man.
