The HMO Research Network (HMORN) is a consortium of 15 U.S. health plans with integrated research divisions.1 Formed in 1998,2 HMORN’s goal is to transform health care practice through population-based research to improve the health and health care of broad populations.3 HMORN research covers a variety of health care topics including4
