Dechenchholing Palace

Dechenchholing Palace: Dechencholing Palace is located in Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. It was the residence of the late Royal Grandmother, popularly known as Gayum Phuntsho Choden Wangchuck. His Majesty King Jigme Singye Wangchuck was born here on 11th November 1955, but currently makes his residence at the Samteling Palace (Royal Cottage).
