Granada Theatre (Santa Barbara, California)

The 1,550 seat Granada Theatre, located on 1214 State Street, is one of the primary performing arts venues of Santa Barbara, California. Designed by A. B. Rosenthal, and built by Charles Urton, it opened as the first and currently only eight-story building in the city, on April 9, 1924. Those attending the opening night received a 76 page program, and thanks from multiple Hollywood figures, such as Cecil B. DeMille.
