Louisiana Highway 772 (LA 772) is a state highway in Louisiana. It spans 80.59 miles and runs from east to west. LA 778 is for the entire route a two lane, undivided road.

Route description

From the east, LA 772 begins at an intersection with Louisiana Highway 8 and starts heading westward in Manifest.LA 772 is basically the old alignment of LA 8. For this reason, it is commonly called, from east to west: Old Jena Rd, Old Manifest Hwy, and Old Harrisonburg Rd. LA 772 merges with U.S. Highway 84 in Jena and becomes a part of the El Camino Real. LA 772/LA 8/U.S. 84 travels through Jena. Louisiana 8 then departs from U.S. 84/LA 772. It then travels to Pollock until it reaches Alexandria, LA. Louisiana Highway 772 departs U.S. 84 after approximately 2.8 miles. It then continues to follow Old Hwy. 8 until it reaches an intersection with LA 8. From Trout, U.S. 84 continues northwest through Mansfield.
