Boniface Chidyausiku

Lieutenant Colonel Boniface Guwa Chidyausiku (b. 1950 in Goromonzi) is the current Zimbabwean ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations. [ [http://www.un.org/News/Press/docs/2003/bio3469.doc.htm Biography] from the United Nations]

Chidyausiku participated in ZANLA's Rhodesian Bush War from 1975 to 1980, when Zimbabwe attained independence and multiracial democracy. He also holds a Master of Science Degree in International Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in History from the University of Zimbabwe.
