Rochdale Bus Station

Rochdale Bus Station is a bus station located in the town of Rochdale in Greater Manchester, run by GMPTE. The current station opened in the 1970s and is located under a multi-storey car park between Smith Street and Baillie Street. A new station is due to be built on the opposite side of Smith Street (on the former site of Electric House), which will replace the current station. An extension of the Manchester Metrolink system to the bus station is proposed in Phase 3b.

The majority of services are run by First Manchester, while others include Rossendale Transport and Bu-Val Buses.
There are frequent buses from Rochdale to destinations that include Manchester, Oldham, Bury, Bolton, Burnley, Accrington and Halifax, as well as other parts of the Rochdale borough including Middleton, Heywood, Littleborough, Milnrow, Castleton and Kirkholt.
