Madina is one of the oldest commercial suburbs of Hyderabad, India. It is very close to the historic Charminar.

This suburb was named after a popular commercial building called as Madina building.

Commercial area

This is a major shopping center for the people of old city.

There are some popular Hyderabadi restaurants like the "Shaadaab Hotel", "Nayaab Hotel" and "Hotel Madina" which serves all the popular Hyderabadi dishes, they are very popular for their Hyderabadi haleem during the month of holy month of Ramzan.

Transport

The buses are run by APSRTC which connect it to all parts of the city.

The closest MMTS Train station is at Yakutpura or Malakpet.
