Banjawarn station

Banjawarn station

Banjawarn Station is a remote sheep station in the Great Victoria Desert of Western Australia.

On March 20, 1995, the Japanese doomsday cult Aum Shinrikyo released toxic sarin gas into part of the Tokyo subway system, killing 12 people. In the following investigation, it was revealed that they had purchased the Banjawarn Station and conducted poison gas testing on it.
