Western Imperium

Some neo-Nazis advocate the establishment of an autocratic state to be called the Western Imperium after what they call the "Zionist Occupation Government" of the neoconservatives in the United States is overthrown. This proposed autocratic state would be led by a Führer-like figure and include all areas inhabited by the Aryan race (defined as non-Jews of European ancestry) i.e. Europe, Russia, Anglo-America, Australia and New Zealand, and South America (specifically Chile, Argentina, southern Brazil and Uruguay.).

Origin of the concept

This concept is based on a 1947 book called ' by Francis Parker Yockey. [ ' by Francis Parker Yockey (using the pen name Ulick Varange, 1947, ISBN 0-911038-10-8) ] Yockey followed the theory of history of Oswald Spengler which estimated that Western civilization would reach its imperial phase about AD 2000. The purpose of establishing the "Western Imperium" would be to complete this process. Government of the Western Imperium

The Aryan race would be led by its Führer. The Führer in concert with the leaders of the Party would determine policy. There would be input from the lower echelons of the Party. Only those of the Aryan race would be full citizens of the State. All others would be "second-class citizens". It is envisioned that after the "Western Imperium" is established, all Jews, all Muslims, and all non-white illegal immigrants would be expelled from its territory. Miscegenation would be outlawed. African-American areas would become segregated Bantustans. All Aryans would be guaranteed a free college education and there would be affirmative action for Aryans to make up for the many years of reverse discrimination. There would be a military draft. Television would be used extensively for propaganda. There would be a vigorous and aggressive program of space exploration. All Aryans would be encouraged to bring up their reproductive rate from its present negative population growth rate average of 1.3 [ Steyn, Mark "America Alone: The End of the World as We Know It" Washington D.C.:2006--Regnery Publishing--On Pages 10 and 54 birth rates among people of European ancestry populations in various nations are indicated that show all populations of European ancestry are reproducing at a birth rate of less than the replacement rate of 2.1. and thus their population has a negative (declining) growth rate. ] , which means that the Aryan population will decline by half each generation. However, out of concern for the environment, Aryans would be encouraged not to have more than two children each after replacement rate reproduction (zero population growth)--a growth rate of 2.1--has been achieved. Aryans would be encouraged to use genetic engineering to improve the race by creating designer babies. There would be strict environmental protection laws and laws protecting animal rights (See ecofascism). Moderate views

Some "moderate" Aryanist groups such as the "Pan-Aryanists" that describe themselves as white nationalist rather than Neo-Nazi propose an "Aryan Federation" instead of a Western Imperium. These "moderates" accept Iranians as Aryans and envision that they, as well as areas inhabited by White Brazilians such as the Gaucho Pampas area, other Criollo inhabited areas besides Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay such as Costa Rica, Ural-Altaics who are primarily of Aryan ancestry (such as the Turks, Hungarians, and Finns), and Berbers would also be part of the "Aryan Federation". Western Imperium as a means to achieve world domination by the Aryan race

It is envisioned that combining the nuclear weapons of the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, and France into a single force, building up an arsenal of neutron bombs, and not being afraid to deploy these weapons against the enemies of the Aryan race, would give the "Western Imperium" an overwhelming military advantage, giving it world domination.

Possible extermination of all non-Aryans

While most neo-Nazis simply want to establish the Western Imperium in order to secure a future for the Aryan race from the depredations of population decline and non-white immigrant invasion, by the principle of ethnopluralism, many neo-Nazis don’t want to interfere with other races, although they want them to be separate.

However, some of the most extreme neo-Nazis have advocated the extermination of all non-Aryans. In his novel "The Turner Diaries" [ Pierce, William "The Turner Diaries" 1978 ISBN 1-56980-086-3 ] William Luther Pierce (the novel was originally published under the pseudonym Andrew Macdonald), the late leader of the Neo-Nazi group the National Alliance (a white supremacist organization), a violent racist revolutionary struggle in the United States is depicted that escalates into global genocide, leading ultimately to the extermination of all human beings who are not white. Epilog of the Turner Diaries:] ] The neo-Nazi political philosopher Savitri Devi, in her misanthropic book "The Impeachment of Man", advocates the extermination of most non-Aryan human beings by atomic war and/or biological warfare (possibly including the use of what are today known as genetic weapons), in the name of what are today called animal rights and Deep Ecology in order to cut back the population of the Earth to its natural carrying capacity of about 2,000,000,000 people. Then the Aryan master race, whose population would be permanently limited to no more than two billion, would be able to inhabit a park-like planet in which the natural ecology would return and allow the animals to regenerate in their natural ecosystems. Savitri advocated leaving a few non-Aryans alive to use as slave labor in a renewed caste system.

The sun wheel is used by white nationalist, and neo-Nazi groups as a symbol of the Aryan race since this symbol was used by the Indo-Europeans in ancient times as far back as the 2nd millennium BC. Therefore, it is envisioned that this symbol would be used on armbands, military uniforms, and on military vehicles, naval ships, fighter planes, bombers, and guided missiles by the military forces of the Western Imperium.

Flag of the Western Imperium

It is usually envisioned that the flag of the "Western Imperium" would be like the red Nazi flag, except within the white disc would be a black Celtic cross (sun cross) rather than a black swastika: [http://www.msrproductions.com/products.asp?id=26] . Some Neo-Nazi groups, however, such as the Libertarian National Socialist Green Party envisage using a green instead of a red flag for the "Western Imperium" to express Neo-Nazi concern about preserving the environment [http://nazi.org/library/nazi_images/] .

* In episode #52 in the third season of the TV show , Super Mann, broadcast on November 26, 1995, a group of Neo-Nazis in a (fictional) Neo-Nazi organization called the NSBE ("National Society for a Better America") attempt to establish a autocratic state closely similar to the Western Imperium in the United States using nuclear terrorism by planting hidden nuclear weapons caches below Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City and threatening to detonate them unless their demands are met. They appear on television to broadcast their demands. They actually assert control over the city of Metropolis for a time. They have numerous red vans with the lettering NSBE on them in white with loudspeakers on top that broadcast Neo-Nazi propaganda. Superman finds the nuclear weapons with his X-ray vision and disposes of them in outer space and then captures the Neo-Nazis.
