Vellanakalude Nadu

"Vellanakalude Nadu" is a 1988 Malayalam drama film. Directed by Priyadarshan, the film was produced by Manianpilla Raju a close friend of Mohanlal & Priyadarshan.

While Mohanlal plays the main role of C Pavithran Nair, Shobana is the female lead. Thikkurushi, Soman, C I Paul, Sreenivasan, Augustin, Kudiravattom Pappu, KPAC Lalitha, Shankaradi and Manianpilla Raju portray vital roles in the film.

The film, which is a political satire based against municipal mafia in the form of Buildings & Public roads, was a commercial success.
