Nirit Council Drom HaSharon Region Sharon Population 1,100 (2007) Nirit (Hebrew: נִירִית) is a communal settlement in central Israel. Located near Matan and the Horashim forest, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2007 it had a population of 1,100.
The village was founded in 1981 and was expanded in 1986 and again in 2000.
