Juan Carlos Marino (b. 23 October 1963) is an Argentine Radical Civic Union (UCR) politician. He sits in the Argentine Senate representing La Pampa Province.

Marino, an agricultural producer, became active in politics in 1983 in his community of Miguel Riglos, La Pampa. He held several party positions and in 1991 was elected a councillor. In 1995 he was elected Mayor of Miguel Riglos with 53% of the vote, the first Radical to be elected to the position. He was re-elected in 1999 with 74% of the vote.

In 2003, Marino was elected as Senator for La Pampa. In 2005 he was appointed secretary of the Radical block in the Senate and in 2007 he became 1st vice-president of the Senate.

Marino was the candidate for the La Pampa governorship in 2007 of FrePam ("Frente Pampeano Cívico y Social"), a coalition between the provincial UCR, Socialist Party, FreGen, MID and dissident members of ARI. He came second in the election with 31% behind Oscar Jorge.
